Comenius Corner update

To remember about the time we had in Barcelona our Comenius Corner is now full of photos and some Spanish words and phrases we learned during the Day of Catalonia and Spain in our school :)

14.03.2014 The Day of Catalonia and Spain

On 14th March Comenius group organized the Day of Catalonia and Spain in our school. All the students could see the presentations of Kuba, Patryk, Kasia and Megan, who spoke about the meeting in Barcelona they had taken part in. We learned how to dance traditional Catalan dances, we learnt some Spanish words and a song. And finally, we tried some delicious treats prepared by Martyna, Agata and Karolina.

Fifth meeting in Barcelona

We spent an amazing week in Spain in February. Two boys: Kuba and Patryk and two girls: Kasia and Megan flew to the capital of Catalonia. We had a chance to see the sea and the mountains, the incredible examples of Gaudi architecture and the modern part of the city. We worked together, learning about the composers from all the partner countries, dancing and singing together. It was a fantastic time!

The Winter Song

On our Comenius meeting today we watched all the performances of the winter songs our partners have recorded. They were amazing! We're especially moved by the Spanish students performing the Polish carol. Good job everybody:)

Winter Song

We've been practising a lot to perform the Winter Song we got from the Italian team. The song has been already recorded but on the pictures below you can see how we had been preparing before the final recording.
